Abstract
慶熙醫療院 小兒齒科에 來院한 兒童中 齒科 經驗이 없는 兒童 33명(男 17名, 女 16名)을 對
象으로 繼續는 6回 訪問동안 治療時 나타내는 兒童의 行動과 投射的 技法에 依해 測定된 心
理的 反應의 變化를 分析한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. 2回 訪問時 兒童의 不安이 가장 높게 나타났고 6回 訪問時 가장 낮게 나타났다.
2. 모든 訪問동안 女兒의 不安이 男兒에 比해 낮게 나타났다.
3. 治療術式中 不安의 樣相은 拔齒後 가장 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to measure the children's response to sequential dental
visits. One hundred and ninety eight drawings were done by thirty-three children with
no previous dental experience, aged four to eight years. The clinical behavior of children
was also assessed and recorded. A combined analysis of the drawings and their clinical
behavior was pointed. The results were as follows
1. The highest mean anxiety level was recorded at the second visit and the lowest level
was recorded at the sixth visit.
2. Of all visits, the mean anxiety level of girls were recorded lower than that of boys.
3. The maximal mean anxiety level was recorded after extraction.
